Additional Costs

Booking Conditions

  • After booking a deposit price of 1 night is due by PayPal or bank transfer

  • 4 weeks before arrival a partial payment of 40% of the total amount is due by PayPal or bank transfer

  • The balance of 50% plus the tourism tax of 2 € per person per night, but max. 20 € per person will be paid on site in cash

  • Check-in and check-out times are individually coordinated according to arrival and departure times

  • Please inform us of your flight number and arrival time in good time before arrival to ensure a smooth transfer

  • Cancellation conditions: up to 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is free of charge; up to 28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged; for cancellations within the last 28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged; for no-shows without prior cancellation a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged

additional adult person or for 1 or 2 children.
